伤残接受度对胸腰椎体骨折患者焦虑的影响

Effect of Disability Acceptance on Anxiety in Patients With Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fracture

目的探究伤残接受度对胸腰椎体骨折手术患者社交焦虑、社会支持和希望水平的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年8月于医院接受治疗的341例胸腰椎体骨折患者为研究对象,根据伤残接受度量表(AODS)对患者的评估将患者分为低接受度组、中接受度组和高接受度组。比较三组患者AODS量表四个维度评分及总评分;比较三组患者社交回避及苦恼量表(SADS)评分;比较三组患者社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及Herth希望量表(HHI)评分。结果 AODS评分比较,低接受度组(43.18±5.98)分、中接受度组(79.44±6.73)分、高接受度组(102±6.57分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高接受度组社交回避、苦恼两个维度评分均高于低接受度组和中接受度组(P<0.05)。高接受度组SSRS、HHI评分均高于低接受度组和中接受度组(P<0.05)。结论伤残接受度对胸腰椎体骨折手术患者社交焦虑、社会支持以及希望水平之间有明显的影响,伤残接受度越高的患者社交焦虑程度越低。

Objective To investigate the effects of disability acceptance on social anxiety, social support and hope level in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. Methods From January 2015 to August 2017, A total of 341 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures who underwent treatment in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were assessed according to the Disability Acceptance Scale(AODS) and the patients were divided into low acceptance groups, middle-acceptance group and highacceptance group. The AODS scale score and total score of the three groups of patients were compared, the social avoidance and distress scale(SADS) scores of the three groups were compared, and the social Support rating Scale(SSRS) and the Herth Hope Scale(HHI) scores of the three groups of patients were compared. Results The AODS score of the low acceptance group was(43.18±5.98), the medium acceptance group was(79.44±6.73) and the high acceptance group was(102±6.57), P<0.05. The scores of social avoidance and distress in the high acceptance group were higher than those in the low acceptance group and the medium acceptance group(P<0.05). SSRS and HHI scores of the high acceptance group were higher than those of the low acceptance group and the medium acceptance group(P<0.05).Conclusion Disability acceptance has a significant impact on social anxiety, social support, and hope levels in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. The higher the degree of disability acceptance, the lower the level of social anxiety.
