综合护理干预在手术室麻醉苏醒护理中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Anesthesia Recovery Nursing in Operating Room

目的探究在手术室麻醉苏醒护理中综合护理干预所取得的临床应用效果及护理满意度。方法 2018年3月—2019年3月选取82例手术患者,分成对照和观察两组,每组41例。对照组行传统护理法,观察组行综合护理干预法。观察对照组和观察组患者的麻醉后恢复时间、生命体征、护理满意度指标。结果麻醉后恢复时间比较观察组均较对照组低,生命体征比较观察组优于对照组,护理满意度观察组较对照组高(P <0.05)。结论在手术室麻醉苏醒护理中应用综合护理干预措施,有助于帮助患者早日恢复,优化患者身体各项指标,护理满意度大大提升。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect and nursing satisfaction of comprehensive nursing intervention in anaesthesia awakening nursing in operating room. Methods From 2018 to March 2019, 82 patients were divided into two groups: control group(n = 41) and observation group(n = 41). The control group was treated with traditional nursing method, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The recovery time, vital signs and nursing satisfaction indexes of the patients in the control group and the observation group were observed. Results The recovery time after anesthesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the vital signs in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in anesthesia recovery nursing in operating room is helpful to help patients recover as soon as possible, optimize the indexes of patients’ body, and greatly improve nursing satisfaction.
