MBD技术对工艺设计的影响分析

摘要 当前信息化、数字化浪潮下,企业纷纷推进数字化转型战略,实施数字化建设,信息技术的深化应用将对电子设备研制体系带来深远影响。以MBD技术为核心的三维工程化应用将驱动并加快电子设备研制过程的业务变革,数字样机设计、数字化工艺设计的产品制造模式对电子设备的设计、制造和管理环节产生全新影响,传统的工艺设计理念遇到颠覆性挑战。 Under the current situation of informatization and digitization,enterprises have been promoting the digitization transformation strategy and implementing the digitization construction.The deepening application of information technology will have a far-reaching impact on the development system of electronic equipment.The 3D engineering application with MBD technology as the core will drive and accelerate the business transformation in the development process of electronic equipment.The product manufacturing mode of digital prototype design and digital process design will have a new impact on the design,manufacturing and management of electronic equipment,and the traditional process design concept will encounter subversive challenges.
