新时期 新使命 新定位——对我国科技情报工作发展方向的思考和建议

New Era,New Mission and New Orientation:Thoughts and Suggestions on the Development Direction of Scientific and Technical Information Service in China

文章简评了新时期我国科技情报工作面临的新挑战,简要回顾了其历史使命和事业战略定位的变化,梳理、分析了我国科技情报工作和事业在不同时期的不同定位及其背景,以此为借鉴,提出了今后的定位建议,认为我国科技情报工作和事业今后的战略定位宜确定为:"创新支撑,决策咨询,安全预警,信息保障"。讨论了此定位的必要性和合理性。

This paper briefly reviews the new challenges faced by China’s scientific and technical information service in the new period,briefly reviews its historical mission and the changes of its strategic orientation,sorts out and analyzes the different orientation and background of China’s scientific and technical information service and career in different periods,and puts forward suggestions for future orientation,and holds that the strategic orientation of China’s scientific and technical information service and career should be determined in the future For:"innovation support,decision-making consultation,security early warning,information security".The necessity and rationality of this orientation are discussed.
