摘要 [目的/意义]新一代智慧图书馆在5G、云数据、人工智能、数字孪生、区块链等现代多元技术驱动下,已进入应用实践阶段。如何借助智慧新平台,构建科学高效的智慧应用场景模型,持续推动智慧图书馆转型升级,是智慧服务研究的新使命与新方向。[方法/过程]通过优化数据管理顶层设计,重构智慧资源库与知识服务体系,创建智慧云平台,组建高效专业的智慧服务技术团队等方式,实现嵌入科研、教学、决策支持服务全程的智慧服务精准推送。[结果/结论]通过科学合理的智慧服务应用场景与智慧平台模型构建,以期为图情领域5G应用场景实例、创建基于云平台的图书馆新一代智慧服务系统等方面提供对策指引,创新重构智慧服务整体生态链,充分发挥图书馆智慧城市功能体的重要作用。 [Purpose/significance]Driven by modern and diversified technologies such as 5 G,cloud data,artificial intelligence,digital twinning and block chain,the new generation of smart library has entered the stage of application and practice.How to build a scientific and efficient application scenario model of smart library with the help of new smart platform,and continuously promote the transformation and upgrading of library are the new mission and direction of smart service research driven by 5 G.[Method/process]The smart services embedded in the whole process of scientific research,teaching and decision support are precisely pushed,where the top-level design of data management is optimized,the smart resource database and knowledge service system are reconstructed,a smart cloud platform is created and an efficient and professional smart service technical team is built.[Results/conclusion]Through the construction of scientific yet reasonable smart service application scenario and smart platform model,it is expected to provide the strategy as well as guidance for 5 G application scenarios and create new library smart service system based on cloud computing platform.Moreover,it is expected to innovatively reconstruct the whole ecosystem of smart service and extensively develop the important role of the library smart city functions.
