人工智能为医疗服务行业带来了极大进步与便利,但随着人工智能由“弱人工智能”向有学习思考能力的“强人工智能”的转变,也产生了诸如隐私和保密、医疗损害中的责任认定、偏见与公平受益、医患关系异化等诸多方面的伦理问题。因此,要让人工智能更好地为医疗诊断领域服务,就需要从加强监管、明确医师主体地位、使用和设计中进行伦理考量等方面实施伦理规制,从而消解医疗人工智能发展中可以预见的伦理道德风险。

The artificial intelligence has brought great progress and convenience for the medical service industry.But with the transformation of artificial intelligence from“weak artificial intelligence”to“strong artificial intelligence”that have more learning and thinking ability,there are also many ethical issues,including:the privacy and confidentiality,the liability determination in medical damage,the prejudice and fair benefit,the alienation of doctor-patient relationship,etc.Therefore,in order to make artificial intelligence better serve the field of medical diagnosis,it is necessary to implement ethical regulations in terms of strengthening supervision,clarifying the dominant position of doctors,carrying out ethical considerations in the use and design,etc.so as to eliminate the foreseeable ethical and moral risks in the development of medical artificial intelligence.
