舌腺泡状软组织肉瘤1例报道及文献回顾

Aciniform soft part sarcoma of the tongue:a case report and literature review

目的总结1例腺泡状软组织肉瘤的临床特点,诊治方法,提高对该病的认识,以供临床参考。方法通过回顾1例23岁女性舌部的腺泡状软组织肉瘤,探讨其临床病理特征、影像学表现及诊断并进行相关文献复习。结果对本病例患者进行了"舌部肿瘤扩大切除术+舌成形术",术后患者又于国内某知名医院行PET/CT检查示全身未见转移灶,并进行了二次手术探查,患者反馈未见残余,愈合良好。结论该病影像学表现与良性肿瘤类似,临床症状和体征无特异性,确诊以免疫组化为主,目前最佳的治疗方式仍以手术切除为主,但肿瘤病因不明,生物学行为又难以确定,仍需长期随访观察。

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics,and diagnosis and treatment of one case of Alveolar soft part sarcoma,and to improve the understanding of the disease for clinical reference.Methods A case of Alveolar soft part sarcoma of the tongue in a 23-year-old female was reviewed,and to explore its clinicopathological features,imaging findings and diagnosis and review the relevant literature.Results The patient underwent"expanded resection of tongue tumor and glossoplasty".After the surgery,the patient underwent PET/CT examination in a well-known hospital in China,showing no metastatic lesion in the whole body,and performed a second surgical exploration.The patient’feedback showed no residual tumor and achieved good healing.Conclusions The imaging manifestations of the disease are similar to benign tumors,and the clinical symptoms and signs are nonspecific.The diagnosis is mainly depended on immunohistochemistry.Currently,the best treatment is still surgical resection.However,the etiology of the tumor is unknown and the biological behavior is difficult to determine,so long-term follow-up is still needed.
