摘要
目的调查本、专科护生临床学习环境对评判性思维能力形成的影响,为临床实践教学改革提供参考。方法选择2018年1—12月在医学院附属医院实习的2015级本科护生89名、2016级专科护生73名作为研究对象。采用问卷调查法,对护生护理临床学习环境及评判性思维能力进行评价。结果本科与专科护生临床学习环境6个维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本科护生评判性思维能力评分为(38.38±3.48)分,高于专科护生的(36.10±5.60)分(P<0.05)。本科护生临床学习环境6个维度人际关系、工作氛围、学生参与性、实习任务定位、创新性、个性化与评判性思维能力的相关系数分别为0.519、0.502、0.518、0.434、0.402、0.479;专科的相关系数分别为0.628、0.595、0.722、0.683、0.635、0.642,专科护生的各项相关系数均高于本科护生。结论临床学习环境可影响护生的评判性思维能力,临床教学应创新教学模式,对不同学历层次的护生给予不同的临床学习环境,从而提高教学效果。
Objective To investigate the influence of clinical learning environment on the formation of critical thinking ability of undergraduate and college nursing students, and to provide reference for the reform of clinical teaching practice. Methods A total of 89 undergraduate nursing students of grade 2015 and 73 college nursing students of grade 2016 those practiced in affiliated hospital of the medical college from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects. A questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the clinical learning environment and critical thinking ability of nursing students.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of 6 dimensions of clinical learning environment between undergraduate and college nursing students(P>0.05). The critical thinking ability score of undergraduate nursing students was(38.38±3.48), which was higher than that of college nursing students(36.10±5.60)(P<0.05). The correlation coefficients of interpersonal relationship, working atmosphere, student participation, practice task orientation, innovation, individuality and critical thinking ability of 6 dimensions of clinical learning environment of undergraduate nursing students are 0.519, 0.502, 0.518, 0.434, 0.402 and 0.479 respectively;The correlation coefficients of junior colleges were 0.628, 0.595, 0.722, 0.683, 0.635, and 0.642, respectively, and the correlation coefficients of college nursing students were all higher than those of undergraduate nursing students.Conclusions The clinical learning environment may affect the critical thinking ability of nursing students. The teaching models of clinical teaching should be innovated and adopt different clinical learning environments for nursing students with different educational levels, so as to improve teaching effect.
