不同除草剂对玉米单倍体成熟胚的加倍效果

Doubling Effect of Different Herbicides on Maize Haploid Mature Embryo

分析比较了3种除草剂对玉米单倍体成熟胚的加倍效果,以期找到一种玉米单倍体加倍的新方法。以先玉335、中地88和郑单958这3个基因型诱导的单倍体籽粒为材料,分别以不同浓度(1、5、10、20μmol/L)的甲基胺草磷、炔苯酰草胺和氟乐灵溶液作为加倍药剂处理玉米单倍体成熟胚,统计成熟胚的加倍率。结果表明,不同浓度的3种除草剂对玉米单倍体成熟胚加倍均有效果,加倍率为7.83%~85.16%,其中,10μmol/L的甲基胺草磷的效果最好,先玉335、中地88和郑单958的单倍体成熟胚平均加倍率分别为85.16%、80.20%和66.30%。说明甲基胺草磷对提高玉米单倍体成熟胚的加倍率最有效。

This study compared the doubling effect of three herbicides on the haploid mature embryos of maize,to find a new method of maize haploid doubling.The haploid seeds induced by Xianyu 335,Zhongdi 88 and Zhengdan 958 were used as materials,different concentrations(1,5,10,20μmol/L)of Amiprophos-methyl(APM),Pronamide and Trifluralin,respectively,were used to treat haploid mature embryos of maize,and the doubling rate of mature embryos was counted.The results showed that all three herbicides with different concentrations had effects on the doubling of maize haploid mature embryos,and the doubling rate was 7.83%-85.16%.Among them,10μmol/L Amiprophos-methyl had the best effect,and the average doubling rates of Xianyu 335,Zhongdi 88 and Zhengdan 958 were 85.16%,80.20%and 66.30%,respectively.The results showed that Amiprophos-methyl(APM)was the most effective to increase the doubling rate of maize haploid mature embryos.
