摘要
为了明确寄主挥发物对梨小食心虫雌蛾产卵选择的影响,通过EAG试验和风洞试验及田间试验,分别测定梨小食心虫雌蛾对寄主挥发物中醛类(苯甲醛、己醛、庚醛、辛醛、壬醛)化合物的电生理、选择行为反应和诱蛾量。EAG试验表明,梨小食心虫受孕雌蛾和处女雌蛾对壬醛的EAG值均显著高于其他4种醛类化合物。风洞试验表明,梨小食心虫受孕雌蛾对壬醛的逆风起飞反应率(38.33%)和降落反应率(31.67%)均显著高于其他4种醛类化合物。田间试验发现,壬醛对梨小食心虫雌蛾的诱虫活性显著优于其他4种醛类物质。研究可为以雌蛾防治为主的梨小食心虫生物防治手段提供理论依据。
To determine the effect of specific volatiles on the oviposition selection of oriental fruit moth,the electrophysiological,selective response and trap catches of aldehydes(benzaldehyde,hexanal,heptanal,octanal and nonanal)in the volatiles of fruit moth were measured by EAG test,wind tunnel test and field test.EAG test showed that the EAG values of pregnant female and virgin female moth to nonanal were significantly higher than those of the other four aldehydes.Wind tunnel tests showed that the upwind take-off response(38.33%)and landing response(31.67%)of pregnant female moth to nonanal were significantly higher than those of the other four aldehydes.The field experiment showed that the attractant activity of nonanal was significantly better than the other four aldehydes.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the biological control of oriental fruit moth,which is mainly controlled by female moths.
