小温差精确控制系统在果品冷库中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 果品冷库库内温度及果品温度在冷藏及化霜期间波动范围较大是影响果实贮藏品质的主要原因。以200 m^3果品冷库为试验库,引入小温差精确控制系统,对其运行效果进行研究。结果表明,普通冷库通过双制冷机组交替除霜/制冷和制冷机组与均温风机无缝衔接交替工作的模式改造,实现了冷库库温温差在±0.3℃、果实温差在±0.1℃的精确控温冷库;应用精确控温冷库分别冰温贮藏红富士苹果、玉露香梨180 d,其果实品质显著优于生产性冷库贮藏效果。 The main factors affecting fruit storage quality were the large fluctuation mange of fruit cold storage temperature and fruit temperature during cold storage and defrosting stage.The 200 m^3 fruit cold storage was used as experimental subject,the small temperature difference precise temperature control system was introduced to study its operation effect.The results showed that through the transformation of the mode of alternating defrosting/cooling with double refrigerating units and seamless connection between refrigerating units and uniform temperature fans,the temperature difference of cold storage was±0.3℃,and the temperature difference of fruit was±0.1℃.The fruit quality of Red Fuji apple and Yuluxiang pear stored at ice temperature with precise temperature control for 180 d was significantly better than that stored in productive cold storage.
