摘要 为了进一步优化砒砂岩改性技术,探讨激发剂及掺合料对砒砂岩的改性激发效果,利用多种碱性激发剂混合激发砒砂岩,通过抗压强度测试及扫描电镜观察,系统研究了粉煤灰、矿粉和激发剂掺量及养护龄期对改性砒砂岩强度的影响。试验结果表明:掺加矿粉对砒砂岩试件抗压强度的增强作用比掺加粉煤灰的更显著;改性砒砂岩试件抗压强度随激发剂掺量的增加而提高,激发剂掺量为3%时改性试件28 d抗压强度较未改性试件提高了477%;在激发剂掺量为3%、用水量为10%、矿粉掺量为40%时,改性试件28 d强度达18.16 MPa;试件抗压强度随龄期延长而增强,龄期对改性砒砂岩试件早期抗压强度影响显著,对28 d后的影响相对较小。 In order to further optimize the modification technology of Pisha sandstone and explore the effect of activator and admixture on the modification and excitation of Pisha sandstone,the effects of fly ash,slag powder,activator content and curing age on the strength of modified Pisha sandstone were systematically studied by means of compressive strength and SEM test.The results show that the effect of slag powder on the compressive strength of the specimen is more significant compared with fly ash.The compressive strength of the modified specimens increases with the increase of the dosage of the activator.When the alkali activator content is 3%,the 28 days compressive strength of the modified specimens is increased by 477%compared with the nonalkali activated specimen.When the alkali activator content is 3%,water consumption is 10%and slag content is 40%,the compressive strength of the modified specimens can reach 18.16 MPa.The compressive strength of the specimens is increased with age,and the age has a significant effect on the early compressive strength of the modified specimens,but the effect on the compressive strength after 28 days is relatively small.
