摘要
谷类作物是我国主要的粮食作物,其产品保质保量供给非常重要。有机谷类作物生产是可持续农业的一个构成部分,为给产业开发提供输入,本文以产量和现代性为基础,对有机谷类作物产品质量特性进行选取、分类和分析。共选出19个质量特性,包括基本特性6个,一般特性13个。
It is very important to provide cereal products in terms of quality and quantity, since cereal is one of the main food crops in China. Organic cereal production is a component of sustainable agriculture. In order to provide input for industrial development, this paper selects, classifies and analyzes the quality characteristics of organic cereal products on the basis of yield and modernity. Among the 19 quality characteristics chosen, there are 6 primary ones and 13 ordinary ones.
