产品特性分析是装备产品设计和开发过程中的一项重要要求,有效的产品特性分析可提升装备产品的设计质量,为科学准确识别关键过程提供理论依据。本文针对产品特性分析及关键过程中存在的概念不清晰、特性分析形式化及关键过程控制不严格等问题,提出了相关防范对策,为装备产品科研生产单位提供了参考。

Characteristic analysis is an important requirement in the process of equipment product design and development. Effective analysis can improve the design quality of equipment products and provide theoretical basis for scientific and accurate identification of critical processes. Aiming at the problems of unclear concept, formalization of characteristic analysis and control of critical process, this paper puts forward relevant preventive measures, which provides reference for the research and production units of equipment products.
