摘要
人员及其经验是组织知识的基础。组织应考虑如何确定和管理实现产品和服务符合性,以满足组织目前和将来对所需的知识的需求。2016版GB/T 19001标准新增加了组织知识的管控要求,如何正确理解和运用新版标准的相关要求,是各类认证组织面临的一项新任务。本文结合水利工程建筑行业组织的知识管理工作实践,识别和研究GB/T19001-2016标准7.1.6条款组织知识审核中的问题及解决途径,促进认证机构、审核人员对新版标准的理解,促进审核人员能力的整体提升,从而提高质量管理体系审核的针对性和有效性。
People and their experience are the foundation of organizational knowledge. The organization should consider how to determine and manage the realization of product and service compliance to meet the current and future knowledge needs of the organization. The 2016 edition of GB/T 19001 has added new requirements for the management and control of organizational knowledge. How to correctly understand and apply the relevant requirements of the new edition of the standard is a new task faced by various certification organizations. Based on the knowledge management practice of water conservancy construction industry organizations, this paper identifies and studies the problems and solutions in organizingknowledge audit in Clause 7.1.6 of GB/T 19001-2016, promotes the understanding of certification bodies and auditors on the new version of the standard, promotes the overall improvement of auditors’ ability, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of quality management system audit.
