摘要
暖通空调系统集中控制技术广泛应用于居民住宅、办公楼、写字楼、生产车间等建筑物中,因其非线性、高耦合和大滞后等特点,成为建筑系统中能耗和电耗最多的子系统之一。对中央空调系统自动控制方法和节能降耗技术的研究,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文结合暖通空调的运行原理、控制方法和能耗分析,提出基于PID调节的中央空调控制方案,通过MATLAB软件对调节效果进行了仿真,并以天津市南开区某办公楼为例,对系统进行了节能分析。
Centralized control technology of HVAC system is widely used in residential buildings, office buildings, production workshops and other buildings. Due to its characteristics of nonlinear, high coupling and lagging, it has become one of the most expensive subsystems with high energy and electricity consumption in building systems. The research on the automatic control method and energy saving technology of central air conditioning system has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, combined with the analysis of operation principle, control method and energy consumption of HVAC, a central air conditioning control scheme based on PID adjustment is proposed. The adjustment effect is simulated by MATLAB software. this paper takes an office building in Nankai District of Tianjin as an example to analyzes the energy saving system.
