摘要
为了揭示混凝土衬砌与保温材料共同作用下的冻胀规律和机理,在河套灌区杨家河渠道上建立了混凝土衬砌和保温材料的冻胀试验部分。通过对模袋混凝土起霜量的试验,发现随着包装袋厚度的增加,模袋厚度的变化随包袋厚度的增加而变化,随模量的增加,霜袋的厚度随模量的增加而变化。通过在不同的膜袋厚度下铺设不同厚度的聚苯撑板绝缘层,得出以下结论:将在8 cm塑料袋中的4~12 cm的绝缘层的聚合物和12 cm的模袋混凝土与4~8 cm聚苯乙烯板的聚合物为例,结果显示地温升高很明显,但是当温度升高时大约15 cm厚的混凝土袋,混凝土袋的总温度与4~6 cm的绝缘材料的总和显然没有增加。在同一时间,发现地温随着混凝土和绝缘材料的厚度而变化。模袋中混凝土的混凝土单位厚度的增加使地面温度升高0.25℃/cm,聚苯撑板使地面温度升高0.52℃/cm。考虑到经济成本和保温效果,建议将保温板的结构类型放在混凝土袋中。
In order to reveal the law and mechanism of frost heave under the joint action of concrete lining and thermal insulation materials,a frost heave test part of concrete lining and thermal insulation materials was established on the Yangjiahe channel in Hetao irrigation area.Through the test of the amount of frosting of the mould bag concrete,it is found that as the thickness of the packaging bag increases,the thickness of the mould bag changes with the increase of the bag thickness.With the increase of the modulus,the thickness of the frost bag increases with the increase of the modulus.Variety.By laying different thicknesses of polyphenylene board insulation layers under different film bag thicknesses,the following conclusions are drawn:4cm^12cm insulation layer polymer and 12cm mould bag concrete in 8cm plastic bags and 4cm^8cm Take the polymer of polystyrene board as an example,the results show that the ground temperature rises significantly,but when the temperature rises,the total temperature of the concrete bag about 15 cm thick and the sum of the insulation material of 4 cm to 6 cm obviously does not increase..At the same time,it was found that the ground temperature changed with the thickness of the concrete and insulating materials.The increase of the concrete unit thickness of the concrete in the mould bag increases the ground temperature by 0.25℃/cm,and the polyphenylene board increases the ground temperature by 0.52℃/cm.Considering the economic cost and insulation effect,it is recommended to put the structure type of the insulation board in a concrete bag.
