摘要
沙盘体验型课堂教学模式是当前高校及企业的先进教学培训模式,但往往却演变成“游戏”或“沙盘竞赛”的简单实操,难以达到让学生深度体验的效果。本文通过对存在的问题进行审视,继而开展逻辑思辨,从沙盘系统、教学内容、教师、评价体系四个层面剖析工具理性与价值理性的张力平衡,进而从工具理性的价值量化、价值理性的工具序化、实施过程的教师演化三方面阐述着力点。以期对高校课堂教学模式改革带来促进作用。
Sand table experiential classroom teaching mode is an advanced teaching and training mode in universities and enterprises,but it often evolves into simple practice of“game”or“sand table competition”,which is difficult to achieve the effect of allowing students to experience in depth.This paper examines the existing problems and then carries out logical speculation.It analyses the tension balance between instrumental rationality and value rationality from four aspects:sand table system,teaching content,teachers and evaluation system,and it elaborates the emphases from three aspects:the value quantification of instrumental rationality,the instrumental ordering of instrumental rationality and the evolution of teachers in the implementation process.In order to promote the reform of classroom teaching mode in Colleges and universities.
