摘要
设计了一种用于检测空气中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的光离子化传感器,对传感器的电离室结构、信号采集处理和部分电源模块进行了详细的分析和介绍。同时利用标准浓度10 ppm(1 ppm=10-6)的异丁烯气体和纯净的空气混合得到的多种浓度的异丁烯气体作为测试气体对传感器样机进行实验验证。实验结果证明该传感器可以准确测量浓度低至10 ppb(1 ppb=10-9)的挥发性有机化合物,具有良好的线性度、重复性与稳定性。
A photoionization sensor for the detection of volatile organic compounds(VOC)in air was designed.The structure of ionization chamber,signal acquisition and processing and some power modules of the sensor were analyzed and introduced in detail.At the same time,various concentrations of isobutylene gas obtained by mixing a standard concentration of 10 ppm of isobu⁃tylene gas and pure air were used as test gases to test the sensor.Experiments show that the sensor can accurately measure volatile organic compounds with concentrations as low as 10 ppb,and has good linearity,repeatability and stability.
