摘要 在理论与实践的基础上,根据IT系统运行特性,采用改进型的双频注入法,设计并制作了在线绝缘监测样机,用于实时在线监测核反应堆稳压器加热系统绝缘状态。并在实验室搭建的试验平台上进行了离线与在线试验,验证了装置能够准确检测500 kΩ范围内绝缘阻值,检测精度在5%以内。 Based on the operating characteristics of IT system,an improved dual frequency injection method was adopted.According to this method,an online insulation monitoring device was produced,this device can monitor the insulation status of the nuclear reactor regulator heating system online in real time.The off-line and on-line tests were carried out on the test platform built in the laboratory,which verified that the device can accurately detect the insulation resistance within the range of 500 kΩ,and the detection accuracy is within 5%.
