摘要
基于邻近运营地铁隧道的哈尔滨某棚改项目深基坑工程,首次在哈尔滨高寒地区坚硬土层中采用TRD工法等厚度水泥土搅拌墙技术,创造了冬期-5^-30℃高寒下TRD工法成功施工的方法.针对在超深、超厚坚硬砂层地质条件下TRD工法施工困难的问题,提出了一系列处理措施,并探索了采用TRD工法处理锚索的施工方法.通过成墙检测和现场实际开挖表明:本工程施工过程中采取的一系列方法有效保证了TRD等厚度水泥土搅拌墙的成墙质量,墙体有效地隔断了深层承压含水层,避免了基坑降水对地铁隧道的影响,对该工法在本项目中的成功实施及类似条件的工程提供了参考和借鉴.
Based on the deep foundation pit project of a shed reform project in Harbin, which is adjacent to the Metro tunnel,this paper uses TRD technology for the first time in the hard soil layer of Harbin, and creates the successful construction method of TRD method in winter under the low temperature of-5 ^-30 ℃, so a series of treatment measures are put forward for the construction difficulty of TRD method in the geological conditions of super-deep and super-thick hard sand layer. The construction method of TRD method for anchor cable treatment is also explored. Through wall-building detection and field excavation, it is shown that a series of methods adopted in the construction process of this project effectively ensure the wallforming quality of cement-soil mixing wall with equal thickness of TRD. The wall effectively partitions the deep confined aquifer and avoids the influence of foundation pit dewatering on Metro tunnels. The successful implementation of this method in this project provides reference for and draws lessons from the similar projects.
