摘要
单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism,SNP)作为第三代分子标记方法,广泛应用于生物学诸多领域,尤其在动植物方面的研究相继报道。近年来,SNP也涉及蜜蜂领域的研究。本文简要叙述了SNP分子标记的概念、特点、检测方法和在蜜蜂中的应用。
Single Nucleotide Polymorphism(SNP),as the third generation molecular marker,is widely used in many fields of biology,especially in animals and plants.In recent years,SNPs have also involved in the field of honeybee research.This article describes the SNP molecular marker briefly,including concepts,characteristics,detection methods and their applications in honeybees.
