Construction and exploration of school-enterprise cooperated exemplary training center in local medical vocational colleges

校企合作示范实训中心旨在发挥企业在实施职业教育中的重要办学主体作用,形成校企协同育人机制。本文从校企共同合作,建立健全管理体制;校企互利互惠,构建实践教学平台;校企协同育人,提高人才培养质量;校企相互合力,加强教学团队建设;校企深化合作,提升社会服务能力等方面对校企合作示范实训中心建设提出探讨。

School-enterprise cooperated exemplary training center aims to give full play to the important role of enterprises in the implementation of vocational education and form a school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism. This paper discusses the construction of school-enterprise cooperated exemplary training center from the following aspects. The management system should be established and improved through school-enterprise cooperation. The practice teaching platform should be constructed through the share of mutual benefits. The quality of talent cultivation should be improved through school-enterprise co-educating. The construction of teaching teams should be strengthened with the co-efforts of both schools and enterprises. Social service ability should be enhanced through deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises.
