情景模拟教学法在普外科临床实践课程中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学法在普外科临床实践教学中的应用。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月在本院普外科临床实习的60名临床医学本科生作为研究对象,其中2014级学生为对照组,2015级学生为实验组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组给予情景模拟教学模式。比较两组学员的理论成绩,技能操作成绩以及满意度情况。结果实验组学员的理论成绩、技能考核得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果表明,实验组学员对教学满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法能够激发学生学习积极性,有效弥补学生在较短实习期内缺少实战锻炼的缺陷,提高了学生对普外科疾病临床诊治能力,值得进一步探索和推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of simulation teaching in improving the quality of practical teaching in general surgery.Methods A total of 60 medical students who received general surgery practice in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. According to different of teaching method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, each group with 30 cases. The control group adopted traditional teaching model. The experimental group received simulation teaching mode. Theoretical test, skill operation results and the satisfaction degree of learning model were evaluated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge test and skill operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of medical students in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Simulation teaching model belongs to the innovative teaching method,which can stimulate students to actively learn new knowledge,effectively make up for the lack of practical training in the short internship period. It could help students better grasp the diagnosis and treatment skills on disease of general surgery,and is worth further exploration.
