超声BI-RADS 4A类乳腺病灶用微创和传统手术治疗的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析比较直径在3 cm内的BI-RADS 4A类单发乳腺病灶应用微创和传统手术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月—2019年7月经本院首次超声发现的单发BI-RADS 4A类乳腺病灶的患者304例作为研究对象,并按治疗方式分为麦默通组(152例)和传统组(152例),比较两组围术期的情况及手术后并发症的发生率,标本均行病理检测,术后随访。结果麦默通组的围术期相关情况均优于传统组,麦默通组术后并发症的发生率(4.2%)低于传统组(11.9%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后病理显示麦默通组8例癌性病灶残腔和针道处均未见癌组织。结论相比传统手术,麦默通微创旋切术对BI-RADS 4A类单发乳腺病灶具有良好的治疗效果,值得推广。 Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive resection and conventional surgical treatment in treating BI-RADS type 4A single breast lesions within 3cm in diameter.Methods A total of 304 patients with single BI-RADS type 4A breast lesions that detected by ultrasound for the first time were enrolled in the study,and they were divided into the mammotome group(152 cases)and the traditional group(152 cases)according to the treatment methods.The perioperative conditions and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.All specimens underwent pathological examination and follow-up.Results The perioperative conditions of mammotome group were better than those of the traditional group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in mammotome group(4.2%)was lower than that in the traditional group(11.9%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Postoperative pathology showed that there was no cancerous tissue in the residual cavity and needle track of the 8 cases in the mammotome group.Conclusions Compared with traditional surgery,Mammotome minimally invasive resection has a good therapeutic effect on BI-RADS type 4A single breast lesions,which is worthy of promotion.
