Objective To explore the effect of CBL combined scenario simulation teaching in clinical skills teaching of disaster rescue and injury classification teaching. Methods Sixty-three students in the experimental class of five-year clinical medicine of grade 2015 in Bengbu Medical College were taken as study subjects, including 32 students in the first experimental class and 31 students in the second experimental class. The first experimental class accepted the CBL-Scenario Simulation Teaching Method, and the second experimental class accepted the traditional teaching method.Teaching quality of the two methods and students'satisfaction with the course were compared. Results The theoretical and skill assessment scores of the CBL-Scenario Simulation Group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P<0.01).Compared with traditional teaching, the CBL-Scenario Simulation method could significantly improve the teaching satisfaction, mastery level of skills and knowledge of clinical medicine, learning interest,self-learning ability, ability to analyze and solve problems(P<0.01).Conclusions The CBL-scenario simulation teaching method is of great significance for cultivating the ability of medical students to deal with disaster rescue and injury classification, improving the post competence of medical students, and steadily improving the quality of disaster relief medical education.
