与护理操作技术相结合的高职护理专业人体解剖学教学模式探讨

The application of nursing operation techniques in teaching of human anatomy for vocational nursing specialty

目的探索将护理操作技术嵌入高职护理专业人体解剖学教学中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018级三年制高职护理专业四个班级共224名学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(115名)和实验组(109名),分别采用传统人体解剖学教学模式和与护理操作技术结合的人体解剖学教学模式。通过期末理论测试、实践操作考核及问卷调查等方式对教学效果进行评价。结果无论是期末考试成绩还是实践操作考核成绩,实验组都显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,实验组在教学模式的认同感、学习热情、学习信心、临床思维及动手能力方面均高于对照组,在课程学习难度方面,对照组比例显著高于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与护理操作技术相结合的人体解剖学教学模式是提高教学效果有效教学手段,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing operation techniques into human anatomy teaching for vocational nursing specialty.Methods 224 students from four classes of vocational nursing specialty of grade 2018 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=115)and experimental group(n=109)randomly,the traditional teaching mode of human anatomy and teaching mode combined with nursing operation were adopted respectively.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated by final examination,the practice assessment and the questionnaire investigation.Results The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of final examination results,operational assessment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire showed that students in the experimental group were significantly higher in terms of teaching identity,enthusiasm,confidence,clinical thinking and practical ability than those in the control group;in terms of learning difficulty,the control group is higher than the experimental group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching mode of human anatomy combined with nursing operation techniques is an effective teaching method to improve the effectiveness of teaching,which is worth popularizing.
