医患关系是医务人员与病人在医疗过程中产生的特定医治关系,是医疗人际关系中的关键,医患关系和谐取决于医患双方是否相互信任。我国的医患关系,从亲密合作渐变为互信缺失,是时代变迁过程中多重因素综合作用所致。重建医患互信,需保留优良传统,创新方法,使各种有利因素相互作用,最终形成合作互利的医患互信机制。

The doctor-patient relationship is a particular medical relationship generating from the medical process.It is critical in the medical interpersonal relationship.The harmonious relationship between the doctor and patient depends on whether the doctor and the patient trust each other.The doctorpatient relationship in our country has evolved from intimate cooperation to lack of mutual trust,which was caused by the comprehensive effect of multiple factors in the process of changing times.To rebuild mutual trust between doctors and patients,it is necessary to reserve good traditions and have innovative methods to make the various favorable factors interact with each other,and ultimately form a mutually beneficial cooperation mechanism between doctors and patients.
