精细管理在儿科护理管理中的应用及效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of Lean Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的探讨精细化管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果及对护理管理质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年5月47例儿科住院患儿作为对照组,2018年6月至2019年5月47例儿科住院患儿作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施精细化管理。比较两组护理质量评分,患儿家属满意度,干预前后患儿家属焦虑情况。结果观察组护理质量评价为优(>90分)的例数多于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组患儿家属总满意率(97.87%)高于对照组(80.85%)(p<0.05)。两组干预后患儿家属焦虑评分较干预前降低(p<0.05);观察组患儿家属焦虑评分低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论精细化管理在儿科护理管理中应用效果明显,可提高护理管理质量,提高患儿家属满意度,减轻患儿家属焦虑情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of lean management in pediatric nursing management and its influence on the quality of nursing management.Methods 46 children inpatients in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the control group,and 47 inpatients from pediatrics in June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing.The observation group implemented lean management based on the control group.The quality scores of nursing care,satisfaction of family members and anxiety of family members of the inpatients before and after intervention were compared.Results The number of cases with excellent nursing quality evaluation results(>90 points)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the family members of the children in the observation group(97.87%)was higher than that in the control group(80.85%)(p<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety score of the family members of the children in the two groups was lower than that before the intervention(p<0.05).In addition,the observation group had lower anxiety scores than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean management in pediatric nursing management has obvious effects,which can improve the quality of nursing management,improve the satisfaction of the children's family members,and reduce the anxiety of the children's family members.
