目的探讨在HIS系统中建立购药计划模型,提高医院药品采购计划的科学性,提升药库工作效率。方法医院药品按CVA-ABC分类法分类,依据分类引入权重系数,确定存量动态上下限,辅以消耗异常预警和药库零库存预警功能,制定合理的采购计划。结果以药库断供率反映药品供货稳定情况,平均购药次数比反映药库工作效率,库存周转天数反映库存积压情况。结论在HIS系统中开发应用购药计划模型,将很大程度上缓解药库工作压力,保障临床药品供应。

Objective To explore the establishment of a drug purchase plan model in the HIS system so that to make the drug purchase of hospital more scientific,and to improve the efficiency of drug storage.Methods Hospital drugs were classified according to the CVA-ABC classification method.The dynamic upper limit and lower limit of the drug stock were determined based on weight coefficients.In addition,early warning of abnormal consumption and zero inventory was used.All these designs helped to formulate a reasonable purchase plan.Results The drug supply outage rate was used to reflect whether the supply of drugs was stable or not.The average ratio of drug purchases reflected the efficiency of the drug storage.Inventory turn over days indicated the status of inventory backlog.Conclusion The development and application of the drug purchase plan model in the HIS system will greatly alleviate the work pressure of the drug storage and ensure the supply of clinical drugs.
