摘要
目的通过信息系统构建智能送检系统,缩短住院患者常规血液标本分析前时间,保证血液标本送检及时性和准确性。方法收集2018年2月与2019年2月住院患者常规血液标本分析前时间数据,查找血液标本送检不及时的原因,采取改进措施,持续质量改进,实现多部门合作的闭环管理。结果血液标本分析前时间由175.51分钟降至99.49分钟,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论基于智能送检系统的应用,建立医疗-医技-护理-后勤多部门合作的闭环管理,完善各项流程,实施环节控制,有效缩短了住院患者常规血液标本分析前的时间,为检验报告的及时性和准确性提供保障。
Objective To construct intelligent specimen delivery system based on information system,to shorten the time before blood sample analyzing and to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of blood sample delivery.Methods The data of time before blood sample analysis from February 2018 to February 2019 was collected to explore the reasons of delivery delay,so as to determine improvement measures and realize continuous quality improvement and multi-sector closed-loop management.Results The time before blood sample analysis reduced to 99.49 minutes from 175.51 minutes,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent specimen delivery system establishes closed-loop management of clinical,medical technology,nursing and logistics departments.Its application completes procedures,conducts chain control,so that shortens the time before blood sample analysis for inpatients and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of laboratory reports.
