摘要
目的通过手术室护士产后返岗的真实体验,梳理产后返岗护士的生理和心理需求,为护理管理者缓解产后返岗护士的工作压力,制定适合护士产后的工作计划,提高产后护士返岗舒适度提供参考。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对产后返岗的10位手术室护士进行半结构式访谈,访谈资料运用7步分析法进行分析与归纳。结果通过对访谈资料进行分析与归纳,提炼出4个主题,分别是产后返岗护士身体感疲倦、胜任力不足、家庭行为冲突和需要团队辅助。结论产后返岗护士存在生理和心理压力,主观感觉疲惫,手术室护理知识不能满足手术需要,存在与照顾孩子的时间冲突,护理管理者需要根据产后护士的体验,设置合理的工作岗位和工作时间,增加产后护士培训项目,以减轻其工作压力和家庭冲突,提高产后返岗护士工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the real experience and physical and psychological needs of postpartum returning nurses in the operating room,so as to provide reference for relieving their work pressure,developing appropriate work plan,and improving the comfort level for nursing managers.Methods The phenomenological method in qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 postpartum returning nurses in operating room.The interview data were analyzed and summarized using seven-step analysis method.Results Through the analysis and induction of interview data,four themes were extracted:physical fatigue,lack of competency,family behavior conflict,and need of team assistance.Conclusion Postpartum returning nurses have physical and psychological pressure,feel tired,do not have enough knowledge for surgery,and have time conflict in child care and work.Nursing managers need to set up reasonable post and working time,and increase postpartum nurse training programs according to the experience of postpartum returning nurses,to relieve the conflict between their work pressure and family and to improve their satisfaction with work.
