摘要
为探索适合口腔专科医院的人力资源管理模式,某三甲口腔专科医院在临床业务科室引入行政助理,通过从专职行政管理人员中,挑选具有管理专业背景和管理经验的毕业研究生担任业务科室主任助理。本文阐述了该院行政助理模式运行的背景、现状及出现的问题,针对问题提出对策和建议。
In order to explore a human resource management model suitable for dental hospitals,a tertiary dental hospital introduced the administrative assistant model in the clinical departments.The administrative staff with good management professional background,management experience and master degree were selected as the assistants of clinical department directors.This article elaborated on the background,current situation and problems of the administrative assistant mode in the hospital,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
