职业学校开展劳动教育是促进人的全面发展的重要途径,也是对“为谁培养人”“培养什么样的人”的重要应答。新时代职业学校劳动教育的内涵是培养学生正确的劳动价值观和扎实的劳动知识技能,并具备创造性劳动的能力和积极心态,养成良好的劳动习惯。其目标是为了培养学生在国家和公共利益宏观层面的劳动担当,运用劳动技能解决现实问题的劳动能力,权衡现实问题达成劳动标准的劳动精神。职业学校劳动教育的实施可以通过劳动价值观教育,结合人才培养方案实现融合;确立实习实训课程载体,打通劳动教育“术”“道”鸿沟;完善科学评价体系,确保劳动教育评价“质”“量”同步;建立校内外协同机制,形成“家校社企”劳动教育合力四个方面来展开。
