湖北省产业升级背景下高职复合型人才培养的现实困境、模式导向与对策研究

Research on the Practical Dilemma,Mode Oriented and Strategy of Inter-disciplinary Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industrial Upgrading in Hubei Province

高职复合型人才是支撑产业结构调整、推进产业升级换代的中坚力量和革新源泉。湖北省高职复合型人才培育在价值层面存在理念缺失问题,在行动层面缺少联动育人机制。在湖北省产业升级背景下,高职复合型人才培养模式应以市场需求为人才培养导向,开展专业联合教学;以学生主体为基本,实行综合能力拓展培养;以毕业生情况为参考,建立就业动态反馈机制。针对湖北省高职复合型人才的培养路径,提出要积极优化育人理念、教学模式和师资队伍;精准对接专本院校合作、区域发展和开放办学制度;努力完善校企合作机制、融资渠道和育人环境。

Inter-disciplinary talents in higher vocational college are the backbone and innovation source to support the adjustment of industrial structure and promote industrial upgrading.There are some problems in the cultivation of compound talents in higher vocational colleges in Hubei province,such as lack of concept in value level and lack of linkage education mechanism in action level.Under the background of industrial upgrading in Hubei province,the cultivation mode of inter-disciplinary talent in higher vocational education should take the market demand as the direction of talent training,carry out joint teaching in specialty,take the students as the main body and carry out the comprehensive ability expansion cultivation;Take the graduates as the reference to establish the dynamic feedback system of employment.Therefore,in view of the cultivation path of higher vocational talent in Hubei province,it is proposed to actively optimize the education concept,teaching mode and teaching staff;accurately connect the cooperation between higher vocational education and undergraduate education,regional development and open school running system;strive to improve the school enterprise cooperation mechanism,financing channels and education environment.
