线上珠宝租赁模式探究

随着人们生活方式的改变,年轻一代消费者对珠宝首饰的消费理念也随之转换,线上的珠宝租赁模式应运而生。文章分析了线上珠宝租赁模式的优势,研究了国内主要线上珠宝租赁平台的运营模式,总结出我国线上珠宝租赁模式平台过多过杂、押金收取不合理、产品破损追责困难和配套服务落后等问题,并提出了整合服务平台、分级收取押金、透明签收体系、提升服务质量的解决方案,探索了我国线上珠宝租赁模式的发展方向。

With the change of people's life style,the younger generation of consumers'consumption concept to jewelry is also changing,and the online jewelry leasing mode emerges as the timesrequire.This paper analyze the advantages of the online jewelry leasing mode,analyze theadvantages of the online jewelry leasing mode,study the operation mode of the main online jewelry leasing platforms in China.Based on the analysis of the problems of the online jewelry leasing mode platforms in China,such as too many miscellaneous platforms,unreasonable deposit collection,difficult product damage recovery and backward supporting services,to put forward the integration of service platform,hierarchical deposit collection,transparent sign in system,and mprovement of service?quality.This paper explores the development direction of online jewelry leasing mode in China.
