摘要
为解决国产新一代1000 MW超超临界锅炉燃烧系统复杂,炉膛安全难以监控的问题,基于Ovation工业过程自动化控制系统,针对就地燃烧设备技术特性,搭建并应用了锅炉炉膛安全监控系统。该系统设计了炉膛吹扫、主燃料跳闸保护、油燃料跳闸保护、锅炉点火允许等关键功能模块,经机组实际运行检验,锅炉炉膛安全监控系统保护完备,稳定可靠,有效保障了机组长期安全运行,相关经验可供后续同类机组参考。
In order to solve the problem that the combustion system of 1000 MW ultra supercritical boiler is complex and the furnace safety is difficult to monitor,based on ovation industrial process automation control system,aiming at the technical characteristics of local combustion equipment,the boiler furnace safety monitoring system is built and applied.The system has designed the furnace purging,main fuel trip protection,oil fuel trip protection,boiler ignition permission and other key functional modules.Through the actual operation test of the unit,the boiler furnace safety monitoring system protection is complete,stable and reliable,effectively ensuring the long-term safe operation of the unit.The relevant experience can be used for reference for similar units in the future.
