摘要
现提出一种用于加热炉的实际预测控制的算法,通过建立加热炉模型、在线计算模型参数和柔度系数,实现了无超调控制。在保证控制效果的前提下,该算法避免了矩阵运算,减少了重复计算的步骤,程序简单运算速度较快,可以在嵌入式系统中实现。实验结果表明,温度控制器采用这种预测控制算法优于PID控制器。
An algorithm for the actual predicive control of the heating fumace is proposed.By establishing the heating furnace model and calculating the model parameters and compliance coefficient on line,the control without overshoot is achieved.In order to ensure the control effect,the algorithm avoids the matrix operations,reduce the steps of repeating calculation.The program is simple and the speed is high,which makes it applicable in embedded system.The experimental results show that,the temperature controller with thepredictive control algorithm is better than PID controller.
