摘要 灰树花(Grifola frondosa)属中低温型珍稀高档食用菌,出菇期间需较低的二氧化碳浓度,较高的湿度,周年化栽培灰树花难度较大。针对栽培中的问题,提出对菌种制作、装袋配方、养菌后熟、催蕾出菇、采收、包装冷藏等条件进行综合控制,实现灰树花工厂化栽培。 Grifola frondosa is a kind of rare and high-grade mushroom with medium and low temperature. It is difficult to cultivate it annually because of its low carbon dioxide concentration and high humidity. In view of the problems in cultivation, it is proposed to carry out comprehensive control on the conditions of strain production, bagging formula, ripening after culturing,sprouting, harvesting, packaging and refrigeration, so as to realize the industrialized cultivation of G. frondosa.
