摘要
以虎奶菇子实体多糖为研究对象,介绍了3种提取工艺,包括热水浸提、超声波辅助提取和酶提法结合超声波辅助提取,探讨了虎奶菇子实体多糖的药理作用,为虎奶菇多糖药物及保健产品的研发提供了理论依据。
Taking the polysaccharide of Pleurotus tuber-regium fruiting body as the research object, three polysaccharide extraction technologies were introduced, including hot water extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, enzymatic extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction, and discusses the pharmacological effect of Pleurotus tuber-regium fruiting body polysaccharide, which provides theoretical basis for the research and development of Pleurotus tuber-regium polysaccharide drugs and health care products.
