羊肚菌多糖对小鼠抗运动疲劳及耐缺氧的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为探讨羊肚菌(Morchella esculenta)抗运动疲劳作用,以小鼠为对象进行相关试验。分别将小鼠分为低、中、高3个不同剂量的小组及对照组进行试验,并严格按照剂量规定标准,连续30 d对小鼠进行灌胃羊肚菌多糖的试验。试验后对小鼠抗运动疲劳相关指标进行分析,并研究小鼠运动后其体内血乳酸、肝糖原等含量变化情况。研究结果显示,羊肚菌多糖的使用可有效提高小鼠抗运动疲劳效果,尿素氮含量由对照组的(8.76±0.21) mmol·L^-1提高到高剂量组的(4.49±0.36) mmol·L^-1,增强其耐缺氧时间,使得试验小鼠在机体运动过程中体内肝糖原储量提升,表明羊肚菌多糖对小鼠抗运动疲劳具有促进作用。 Through in-depth study and analysis of the anti fatigue effect of Morchella esculenta,mice grouping test was used.The mice were divided into three groups of low,middle and high doses,and the control group was also divided for the experiment.In the course of this study,mice will be given the M.esculenta polysaccharide by gavage strictly according to the dose standard,and the experimental process will last for 30 days.After the experiment,the relevant standards of anti-fatigue were analyzed,and the contents of blood lactate and glycogen in mice after exercise were explored.The results show that the use of morel polysaccharides will effectively improve the anti-sport fatigue effect of mice.The urea nitrogen content is increased from(8.76±0.21)mmol·L^-1(control group)to(4.49±0.36)mmol·L^-1(high-dose group),enhance the hypoxia tolerance time,so that the test mice have increased liver glycogen reserves during exercise,which effectively proves that the morel polysaccharides could promote anti-sport fatigue.
