产业融合视角下食用菌休闲生态旅游模式研究

Study on the Leisure Ecotourism Model of Edible Fungi from the Perspective of Industrial Integration

针对传统食用菌休闲生态旅游模式产值较为低下的问题,提出产业融合视角下食用菌休闲生态旅游模式。为了明确食用菌休闲生态旅游市场的目标、动态与规模,对食用菌休闲生态旅游实施市场现状分析,同时制订与划分食用菌休闲生态旅游目标市场。在此基础上,基于产业融合与食用菌休闲生态旅游产业的纵向、横向发展特点,对食用菌休闲生态旅游的纵向与横向资源开发模式进行构建,延伸食用菌休闲生态旅游产业链。最后根据食用菌休闲生态旅游资源开发状况构建食用菌休闲生态旅游模式,开发食用菌观光园、创新食用菌休闲生态旅游产品,同时开创食用菌餐饮产业链,实现多模式产业融合。试验结果证明,所设计产业融合视角下食用菌休闲生态旅游模式产值远远高于传统模式。

In view of the low output value of the traditional edible fungi leisure eco-tourism mode,this paper proposes a edible fungi leisure eco-tourism mode from the perspective of industrial integration.In order to define the target,dynamic and scale of edible fungi leisure ecotourism market,the paper analyzes the current situation of edible fungi leisure ecotourism market,and formulates and classifies the target market of edible fungi leisure ecotourism.On this basis,based on the vertical and horizontal development characteristics of industrial integration and edible fungi leisure ecotourism industry,the vertical and horizontal resource development modes of edible fungi leisure ecotourism are constructed to extend the industrial chain of leisure ecotourism industry.Finally,according to the development of edible fungi leisure eco-tourism resources,the model of edible fungi leisure eco-tourism is constructed,the edible fungi sightseeing park is developed,the edible fungi leisure eco-tourism products are innovated,and the edible fungi catering industry chain is created to realize multi-modal industry integration.The experimental results showed that the output value of edible fungi leisure eco-tourism model was much higher than that of traditional model.
