The Sustainable Development of Wild Edible Fungi Resources under the Legal System of Resource Protection

摘要 为了保护野生食用菌资源,通过构建资源保护法律体系,形成法律法规之间的约束关系;针对部分资源保护法进行完善和修订,作为资源可持续开发的法理基础。分析不同区域内的野生食用菌资源实际分布情况,结合当地资源的特点,提出强化野生食用菌资源保护的法律法规执法效果、加强食用菌限额采摘管理力度等具体的开发实施策略。为证明提出的野生食用菌资源可持续开发的有效性,设计实证分析试验并得出结论:在野生食用菌资源可持续开发策略的应用研究区域,野生食用菌的产量提升了29.9%,并在一定程度上提升了野生食用菌资源的多样性。 In order to protect the wild edible fungi resources,the legal system of resource protection should be build to form the binding relationship between laws and regulations.Some resource protection laws should be improved and revised as the legal basis for sustainable development of resources.Based on the analysis of the actual distribution of wild edible fungi resources in different regions,combined with the characteristics of local resources,specific development and implementation strategies were put forward,such as strengthening the enforcement effect of wild laws and regulations,strengthening the management of limited picking of edible fungi,etc.In order to prove the effectiveness of the proposed sustainable development of wild resources,empirical analysis experiments were designed and concluded that through the application of sustainable development strategy of wild edible fungi resources,the output in the research area increased by 29.9%,and to a certain extent,the diversity of wild edible fungi resources could be improved.
