基于游客体验视角的食用菌保健旅游服务的价值创新策略

摘要 近年来我国各类以食用菌为主题的保健旅游发展较快,食用菌保健旅游开发企业也亟待加强对旅游服务的价值创新。通过对河南省许昌市世纪香食用菌休闲观光园游客服务体验满意度实证分析,找到了食用菌保健旅游服务价值创新的关键点,并提出通过完善食用菌保健旅游景点的各项软硬件配置,增强食用菌保健旅游娱乐项目的参与度和吸引力,通过加强游客对食用菌文化的体验来创新和提升食用菌保健旅游服务的价值。 In recent years,all kinds of health tourism with edible fungi as the theme have developed rapidly in China.The development enterprises of edible fungi health tourism also need to strengthen the value innovation of tourism services.Based on the empirical analysis of the satisfaction of tourists’service experience in Shijixiang edible fungi leisure and sightseeing park in Xuchang city,Henan province,the key points of the innovation of edible fungi health tourism service value was found out,and proposed to improve the software and hardware configuration of edible fungi health tourism scenic spots,enhanced the participation and attraction of edible fungi health tourism and entertainment projects,and strengthen the tourists’participation in edible fungi culture experience to innovate and enhance the value of edible fungi health tourism services.
