摘要
为实现环形燃烧室模型试验件冷态流场测量,设计了环形燃烧室模型试验件,并在自模区工况下对采用粒子图像测速仪测量其内部冷态流场进行了调试。结果表明,可变视场透镜能很好地满足不同头部流场测量时视场变化的需求,试验件增透设计并配合滤光镜和圆偏振镜能很好地削弱试验背景光和试验件表面产生的反射光。单个头部、两个头部、六个头部获得了较好的测量结果,而环形流场因激光衰减、光腰厚度增加、测量分辨率降低,半环形流场因上下两个区域示踪粒子相关性较差,都没能实现测量,最终通过旋转试验件的方式实现了环形流场测量。所测结果能较好地揭示真实曲率效应影响下单个头部流场的细节结构、相邻两个头部之间的相互作用特性,及整个环形流场的结构特征,为环形燃烧室模型试验件冷态流场测量提供了有效方法。
To study the measurement of non-reacting flow field of annular model combustor,an annular model combustor was designed and the measurement of non-reacting flow field was debugged in its self-stimulated domain utilizing particle image velocimetry(PIV).It is found that variable field of view lens can meet the requirements of adjusting field of view,while the polarizer and filter can eliminate reflection and background light respectively.Good measurement results for the flow fields with one,two,six heads were obtained,while the flow fields of full and half annular combustor were not measured due to a lot of difficulties,such as laser deterioration,increasing of slab laser thickness and the poor relevance between tracking particles in two zones for half annular flow field,etc.Finally,the flow field of full annular was measured through rotating the test object.The measurements can depict the detailed flow field,interaction between adjacent swirlers,and full annular combustor flow field which provide a useful flow field diagnosis method for combustor.
