摘要 针对航空发动机发生的由放气带提前关闭引发的喘振故障,简述了该型发动机放气带防喘的原理和结构,分析了引起放气带提前关闭的众多因素,最终确定故障是由右部传动系统锥齿轮的周节累计误差未控制造成右部传动系统传输转速不平稳引起。根据分析结果,制定了对右部传动系统6个锥齿轮周节累计误差进行控制的要求,对故障发动机进行优化齿轮更换,对装配贯彻优化齿轮的发动机进行外场使用情况跟踪。后续试验验证表明:分析得到的故障原因正确,制定的解决措施合理,效果令人满意,可为同类故障分析提供参考。 Aiming at early closing failure of the bleed belt,the anti-surge principle and structure of the bleed belt were introduced.Various causes for early closing of bleed belt were analyzed.The root cause was found to be unsteady transmission speed due to the uncontrolled circular pitch error of the right part of transmission system.Based on the analysis results,the control requirements of bevel gear circular pitch errors were made.The faulted gear was removed and a optimized gear was installed,The service conditions of the engine was monitored.The experimental result indicates that the reason for early closing failure bleed belt was correct,the solution measure was reasonable and the effect was satisfactory.
