开放大学人才培养目标定位与课程设置研究——以会计学专业为例

A Study on the Orientation of Talent Training Objectives andCurriculum in Open University——Taking Accounting as an Example

成人高校学生文化素质较为薄弱,无法承受当前的课程体系,“应用性专门人才”的培养目标难以实现。通过对成人学生特点的分析获知,与学生工作、生活实际联系密切的知识,更易引起兴趣,撬动学生的学习积极性。基于此,探索并提出了开放大学应该以具有相应的专业职业能力的技能型人才、技术型人才为培养目标,并以培养需求为依据、以会计学专业为例提出了课程体系和课程内容的改革设想。

Through the investigation and analysis of the cultural quality of adult college students from 2000 to 2018,it is found that the cultural quality of the students has been quite weak and can not bear the current curriculum system at all,and the training goal of"applied professionals"is difficult to achieve;through the analysis of the characteristics of adult students,the knowledge closely related to the actual work and life of students is more likely to arouse interest and pry Students'enthusiasm for learning.Based on this,this paper explores and puts forward that the open university should take the skilled talents and technical talents with corresponding professional abilities as the training objectives,and based on the training needs,take the accounting major as an example,put forward the reform ideas of the curriculum system and content.
