摘要
文章采用行动研究方法,对一项关于留守儿童的学校社会工作实践展开了研究。行动研究经历了“计划—行动—成效—反思—计划”的循环过程,发现:问题视角的介入行动只能暂时性地解决一些表象问题,而优势视角的介入行动能有效发掘和提高服务对象的能力,从而使服务对象能够直接面对并解决自身面临的问题,真正达到社会工作助人自助的目标。
This paper adopts action research method for a study on school social work practice of left-behind children was carried out.Action research has gone through a looping process"Plan-action-effectiveness-reflection-plan".This paper finds that intervention of the problem perspective can only temporarily solve some of the appearance problems,while the advantage of the perspective of the intervention can effectively explore and improve the service object's own ability.Thus they have the ability to face and solve their own problems.Really achieve the real goal of social work to help people help themselves.
