摘要
在民用核安全设备的无损检验中,超声检验是应用较多的体积检验方法之一。焊接管道用于传输载热剂或冷却剂,材料一般为不锈钢或碳钢,在核电站中大量使用。为保证运行安全,需定期对焊缝进行超声检测。设计了一款多连杆机构的超声探头架,并对其进行静力学分析。结合实验数据验证探头耦合力对缺陷响应幅值的影响,从而确定该多连杆探头架的参数。
In the nondestructive testing of civil nuclear safety equipment,ultrasonic testing is one of the volume testing methods widely used in raw materials,manufacturing,installation,pre-service inspection and in-service inspection.Welding pipeline is used to transmit heat carrier or coolant.It is made from stainless steel or carbon steel and it is widely used in nuclear power plant.To ensure the safety operation,it is necessary to detect the weld regularly.In this paper,a multi-link mechanism ultrasonic probe frame is designed,and its static analysis is carried out.By the experimental data,the influence of probe coupling force on the response amplitude of defects is verified.And then,the parameters of the multi-link probe frame are determined.
