支板融合OGV平面叶栅数值计算及试验研究

摘要 针对大涵道比涡扇发动机外涵处支板融合OGV结构,选取其50%叶高处叶型的平面叶栅,采用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,进行叶栅的流场数值计算,确定缩尺平面叶栅的试验可行性,研究叶栅的攻角损失特性,分析并找出进口马赫数及攻角对叶栅尾迹的影响规律。通过对支板融合OGV平面叶栅进行吹风试验,测量叶栅的尾迹损失及气流角分布,验证了数值计算与试验结果有较好的一致性。 According to integrated strut OGV configuration at the bypass duct of a high bypass ratio turbofan engine,this paper uses the method,in which the numerical simulation is combined with the experiment with the plane cascade from 50%blade height profile.The numerical calculation of the flow field of the cascade is carried out.The numerical value is used to determine the feasibility of the scale test of the plane cascade.The attack angle loss characteristics of the cascade are studied.The influencing factor of Mach number and the atlack angle at the inlet and outlet on the wake is analyzed.The experiment on the integrated strut OGV configuration plane cascade is carried out.The wake loss and flow angle distribution of the cascade are measured.It is found that the experimental results are accordant with the calculatied ones.
